Midwest Legacy Beef Chicken is the best whole chicken carcass product you will find. This free range chicken free of antibiotics, hormones and other additives is sourced by our Midwest Legacy Team and prepared in a separate facility from our beef products, Midwest Legacy Chicken is the perfect choice for those looking to mix in an alternative protein source into their pets diet, or for those tired of the quality of their current chicken source.

Our whole carcass chicken is approximately 73% meat to 23% bone and a bit of chicken heart and liver. It is ground and tubed by hand then flash frozen at -30 degrees. Included in the process is our sanitation step, also used at human consumption plants, to control bacteria such as salmonella, e. coli , listeria and campylobacter. Our product is not mechanically separated nor does not use HPP (high pressure processing).

Due to the product being tubed in a separate facility than our beef products, it will arrive in a single clip style of tube different from the double clip style of our other blends.
